Doping Blue Tungsten Oxide
Blue tungsten oxide is the raw material of tungsten powder. Doping blue tungsten oxide with K, Si, Al will improve its property. The recombination action of Si, Al and K will accelerate generation ofβ-W. K enters lattice of W, under high temperature calcination, residue of K in tungsten tungsten rod will improve the hang down resistance property of tungsten wire.
Doping element will change chemical component of blue tungsten oxide, such to improve the processability and hang down resistance property of tungsten wire. But it will not affect chemical valance of tungsten.
