Alkali decomposition furnace is mainly used for decomposing tungsten ore during the preparation of blue tungsten oxide to dissolve tungsten into a solution. A plate and frame filter press is the most fundamental design, and many now refer it as a "membrane filter plate". This type of filter press consists of many plates and frames assembled alternately with the supports of a pair of rails. It is used for the impurity removal process of sodium tungstate for preparing high purity sodium tungstate during the blue tungsten oxide preparation.

Ion exchange column is also called as mixed bed, which is the cylindrical pressure vessel used for ion exchange reaction, and to remove a series of impurities of S, Mo, P, As, Ca, Cu and Sn in the process of BTO production. Spray drying tower is filtered air and heating, into the top of the dryer air distributor, hot air spiraling evenly into the drying chamber, feed liquid of ammonium paratungstate (APT) will soon be dried under the high temperature air which is the raw material of blue tungsten oxide.

Hydrogen reduction furnace plays the role of reducing tungsten oxide in manufacturing of blue tungsten oxide to finally get BTO powder, which is mainly constituted with control cabinet, furnace, pusher and gas circuit system, etc.
